Very complicated and sensitive communication and high RF antennas system mounted on TOYOTA 78 vehicle.
Designed to withstand to vehicle environment including blowing rain, vibration etc, per MIL-STD-810. Equipped by a lot of external antennas, two masts, fiberglass roof, power in box etc. All environment sensitive devices are mostly collected in to two rugged ZERO 8"/19" boxes, which available for retraction and activation with no relation to the vehicle. The vibrations and shock influences dumped by special designed mounting table and standard shock absorbers. The system can be operated in motion as from the front seat and from specially designed trunk seat / working table. The vehicle loads, axes loads and upgrades was approved by certified vehicular engineer.
The major issue of this project was to find a way to locate all required devices and accessories insight the vehicle. And to arrange a safety system retraction from the vehicle and mounting back. From other hand: Most of electronic devices declared as for using at office floor and was required to be protected from duty vehicle environment. The mechanical parts designed for technologies: sheet metal (Al and St.St), construction welding, CNC machining, fiber grass wrapping etc.
